Sports Physicals by Sterling Health 1:00 PM to 5:00 PMSports Physicals by Sterling HealthDate: Aug 4Time: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PMLocation: Hale Area School LibraryCalendar: School EventsSports physicals through Sterling Health will be offered at the Hale Area Schools library on Monday August 4, 2025 from 1 pm to 5pm. You do not need an appointment, just plan to arrive between 1 pm and 4:30 pm.* The cost will be $20 for each physical.* Athletes under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. * If you wear glasses or contacts, bring them with you.* Physical forms will be available at the time of physical, if needed.All athletes will need to have their physical completed by the first day of team practice which is August 11, 2025 for high school athletes and August 18, 2025 for middle school athletes.
